It has been a while since my last portfolio update in Nov 20.
Overall investment fund increased from $661k in Nov 20 to $805k.
I have sold some AbbVie stocks @ $113 - 114 during these few months with pretty good realized gain, also clear some old SG stocks (that i bought long time ago) at loss i.e. Gloden Agri, SPH.
AbbVie remained as my largest investment.
Excess fund being used to invest in Syfe, with ratio 80 global stocks: 20 SG REIT+ in May 21, YTD unrealized gain 3.5%, not bad for 2 months investment.
Cash ratio has increased from 38% in Nov 20 to 46%. Looking for opportunities to deploy some of my cash.
